1. Delivery Times

U.S. DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All orders on Fluentalk.com are shipped by USPS, UPS, or Amazon FBA. It generally takes 1 business day to process and dispatch orders from the warehouses. In peak periods like holidays or Black Friday & Cyber Monday please allow up to 3 business days for dispatching.

All orders are shipped from California & Kentucky depending on the proximity of your shipping address and our availability. This allows us to get your items out to you faster.

Shipping for Non-Continental US( including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico）may incur additional costs and the shipping time will extend 1-2 days more.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Our shipping time frames depend on where you are located and vary depending on the shipping method you select. It generally takes 1-3 business days to process and dispatch- orders from the warehouse. In peak periods like holidays or Black Friday & Cyber Monday please allow up to 7 business days for dispatch.

Our International Shipping Rate & Times are calculated automatically at checkout.

For international orders, addresses of PO Boxes are undeliverable. 

Please note:

• If the recipient refuses the package or the package is deemed undeliverable, your original shipping fee and an additional return shipping and processing charge of $20.00 minimum will be deducted from your refund when the package is returned back to us.
• We are not responsible for lost items that show as delivered and/or signed for if required.
• Please confirm the shipping address before payment. If you enter a wrong shipping address, please contact Timekettle immediately to change it. If you do not contact Timekettle for change of the shipping address, you assume total responsibility for the shipment and Timekettle will not be liable for any losses and damages for the shipment in the event of a wrong shipping address provided by the customer. 

2. Order Tracking

You will receive an email confirmation shortly after placing your order and once your order ships you will receive an email with tracking information. If you haven't received your tracking information in 7 business days, please contact us at support@fluentalk.comand we’ll respond as early as possible.

3. Customs Fees, Tariff, Vat, Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country.

If the recipient refuses the package, unwilling to pay customs fees or the package is deemed undeliverable, your original shipping fee and an additional return shipping and processing charge of $45 minimum and accrued customs fees will be deducted from your refund when the package is returned back to us.

Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient; We have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be. Also, we will not reimburse for these charges.
